By installing or using Shadow Partner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial play.
What the app is
Shadow Partner is a single-player puzzle game. It has no accounts, no purchases of any kind, no advertising, and no network access. Everything it does happens on your device.
What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app or its assets.
- Use the app's artwork, audio or level designs in other products.
Your save data
The app's save record is stored on your device and is your responsibility. Uninstalling the app deletes it. We hold no copy and cannot restore it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will run on every device or every future operating-system version.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost save data.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, dated above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shadow Partner Inc. is established.
